My Daily Smuddie Recipe

This nutrient-dense Smuddie keeps my energy steady, supports circulation, and has helped me eliminate painful muscle cramps completely. Here's the exact recipe I use every day:

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 tablespoon almonds
  • 1/2 tablespoon beetroot powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon cashews
  • 1/2 tablespoon collagen protein powder
  • 1/2 tablespoon dried goji berries
  • 1/2 tablespoon macadamia nuts
  • 1/2 tablespoon pistachios
  • 1/2 tablespoon psyllium husks
  • 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 tablespoon walnuts
  • 2 teaspoons holy basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 whole kiwi (including skin)
  • 1/3 to 1/4 organic lemon (including rind)
  • 1 to 2 oz raw ginger (chopped)
  • 5 pomegranate capsules (opened into the blend)
  • Pinch of borage flowers
  • 8 to 10 oz coconut water or spring water
  • 1 heaping scoop monkfruit extract
  • Optional: 1/4 teaspoon aloe vera powder (very bitter)

Instructions:

  • Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet or preferred smoothie blender.
  • Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and smooth.
  • Pour into a glass mason jar and enjoy!

I make mine extra thick for a satisfying texture — that's why I call it a "Smuddie" — part smoothie, part pudding!
