My Daily Smuddie Recipe
This nutrient-dense Smuddie keeps my energy steady, supports circulation, and has helped me eliminate painful muscle cramps completely. Here's the exact recipe I use every day:
Ingredients:
- 1/2 tablespoon almonds
- 1/2 tablespoon beetroot powder
- 1/2 tablespoon cashews
- 1/2 tablespoon collagen protein powder
- 1/2 tablespoon dried goji berries
- 1/2 tablespoon macadamia nuts
- 1/2 tablespoon pistachios
- 1/2 tablespoon psyllium husks
- 1/2 tablespoon pumpkin seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon sesame seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon sunflower seeds
- 1/2 tablespoon walnuts
- 2 teaspoons holy basil
- 1 teaspoon dried hibiscus flowers
- 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/4 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 whole kiwi (including skin)
- 1/3 to 1/4 organic lemon (including rind)
- 1 to 2 oz raw ginger (chopped)
- 5 pomegranate capsules (opened into the blend)
- Pinch of borage flowers
- 8 to 10 oz coconut water or spring water
- 1 heaping scoop monkfruit extract
- Optional: 1/4 teaspoon aloe vera powder (very bitter)
Instructions:
- Add all ingredients to your Nutribullet or preferred smoothie blender.
- Blend for 30 to 45 seconds until thick and smooth.
- Pour into a glass mason jar and enjoy!
I make mine extra thick for a satisfying texture — that's why I call it a "Smuddie" — part smoothie, part pudding!
